Details we receive
We collect your name, work email, country or region, selected product or project type, estimated quantity, message, form language, submission time and inquiry status. Your browser may remember your language choice on your device.
Why we use them
We use these details to answer your request, prepare and discuss a quotation, and manage related business correspondence. Where applicable, this processing supports steps you request before a possible purchase and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Access and international handling
Authorized staff can view inquiries in a restricted dashboard. Website hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the site and reply. Our company is in China, so information from other countries may be accessed in China and processed by providers in other locations. We do not sell inquiry details.
How long we keep inquiries
We keep an inquiry while it is needed to answer your request and manage an ongoing business relationship. We review older records and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless an applicable legal duty or claim requires longer retention. We do not set an unlimited retention period.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or raise another privacy request, by emailing justin.guo@atuspilates.com. We will assess requests under applicable law. Where available, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
